All product prices are clearly indicated on the website and include VAT.
The shipping cost, which varies depending on the order value, must be added to the product price. The information regarding prices and availability shown on BSIMO.COM is subject to change without notice, but the price indicated at the time of the order is valid for payment purposes.
There may be incorrect information or typographical errors on BSIMO.COM: if reported by the customer, the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.

The courier will deliver the ordered products to the shipping address provided during registration.

Shipping times vary depending on the type of product:

• Products managed directly by the store: shipping generally takes place within 2-4 business days, except in cases of force majeure (excluding islands, mountain areas, remote areas, and small towns).

• Dropshipping products: some items, clearly indicated in the product description, are shipped directly from the supplier and require longer delivery times. These products, not available in stock, require additional shipping time compared to products managed directly by the store.

€15.00 (VAT included) for Europe
€35.00 (VAT included) for the rest of the world

Unless otherwise specified, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.

For any issues related to product defects or incorrect orders, please write to: b.simofactory@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the issue, within 14 days of receiving the goods (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
Returns will not be accepted without authorization from B.SIMO TATTOO FACTORY. The goods will be replaced, if possible, or otherwise refunded once the defective or returned items have been received.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of errors attributable to B.SIMO TATTOO FACTORY. In such cases, the return shipping arrangements will be agreed upon in advance via email.
